PORTFOLIO ASSIGNMENTS:
STEP TWO: With the Critic present, decide your how you will convince the jury that the defendant is GUILTY. Research at least 3 reasons with the critic. Review the following documents:
STEP FOUR: Begin to write questions for each witness- at least 10 questions per witness. Start with the basic questions: State your name, age, and occupation for the jury. Print 2 copies for each witness. Give the Secretary one copy of the questions and put the other in your portfolio to be graded.
STEP FIVE: Meet with the Witnesses, as scheduled by the Secretary.
STEP SIX: Complete your Opening/Closing Statements. Give to the Secretary to Proofread. Put a copy of each in your portfolio.
STEP SEVEN: Meet with the Critic to go over your Cross-Examination Questions.
